There are a lot of fashion trends and styles that I find just baffling. UGG boots is one, especially when worn with shorts. That just makes people look like insane Eskimos. Those shoes that are hot right now that are a combination of platform sandals and boots? Yeah, I don’t get those. They’re hideous. But these women I see walking around in the light of hot summer days with scarves around their necks while they wear shorts and sandals? It’s like the whole UGGs with shorts thing—ridiculous. So sure, wear one of these when it’s needed, but let’s not go overboard with it’s 100 degrees out, ok? And if you’re going to go along with the trend, do it right.
