Jimmy Choo Helium Patent Leather Sandals

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love the new patent leather kick shoes have been taking lately. My only gripe is there don’t seem to be many decent patent leather handbags to match, but that’s for another post. Jimmy Choo is gearing up for summer, and these patent leather Helium sandals are simply one in a fantastic line of summer patent leather sandals from the designer.

Ooh la la! First off, these sandals are insanely hot. On top of being a sexy T-strap, the patent leather and gold metal rings simply scream out sex appeal. Second, they’ll go with a ton of outfits–denim, denim minis, slacks, and more. Gotta love a versatile shoe. They have a four-inch heel, which is manageable, though I wish designers would make different heel heights for their shoes because anything over 3.25 inches takes skill, dedication, and a bit of pain to wear for longer than four hours. You can find them at Jimmy Choo for about $545.

Budget Saving Alternatives

If you’re game for the style, but not the Jimmy Choo price, check out the Carlos by Carlos Santana Ring Sandal. It has a genuine leather upper with brushed silver o-ring details. The dainty ankle strap with its adjustable buckle closure adds a feminine touch. The heel is a 3.75-inch stiletto, but the fully cushioned, leather lined insole, will counteract the height with comfort. The outsole is lightly textured for traction. Check it out for $88.95 at Endless.com.

For a little more sparkle, try the J. Renee Diva T-strap sandal. It’s great for dressing up to go out, and will beautifully complement either a fabulous dress, or dressy pants. The upper is faux patent leather, but is just as shiny as the real thing. Rhinestones will shine with every step you take on the 3.25-inch heel. Try it for just $79.90 at Endless.com.
