Sheathed in dark blue velour, these super sexy thigh highs hug the leg all the way up! The clingy velour design gives your legs a slender and shapely look under long skirts, or bared for the world to see with a mini skirt. The soft fabric is adorned with delicate tan flower embroidery that travels up the entire boot, and hides under the western-style leather collar.
